I had a great business stay here with friendly staff and a fantastic location close to the city center.

The room itself was airy, perfect for a hot deep bath and had essentials I needed. The location in a good area was marvellous and fab and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby. Great staff who cared about me.

This hotel is a great choice for trekkers and a group of friends. It is conveniently located, just a short distance from the city centre and easily accessible by taxi. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. the breakfast is good, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel has good security measures in place for peace of mind. it provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience for visitors.

The restaurant can get quite crowded during busy times, resulting in long queues for tables and food.

The stay was excellent value for money, the weather was warm. We enjoyed our spacious room with water provided every 5 minutes, a hot deep bath, and all the usual amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay at Premier Inn in Birmingham. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making us feel welcome throughout. One of the highlights was when my colleague's partner called the inn to request a little something special for our anniversary. Instead of just leaving a note, they went above and beyond by purchasing an anniversary card and leaving it on his bed. It was a fantastic surprise and truly showed their attention to detail and customer care. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially with the Meal Deal that included breakfast. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a convenient area within walking distance to the city center and with great parking facilities. the hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, a huge plus. the staff was attentive, friendly, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch.

the reception team was a bit unhelpful and unwelcoming at times, which dampened our experience.
