We were pleasantly surprised during our stay at Premier Inn in Birmingham. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making us feel welcome throughout. One of the highlights was when my colleague's partner called the inn to request a little something special for our anniversary. Instead of just leaving a note, they went above and beyond by purchasing an anniversary card and leaving it on his bed. It was a fantastic surprise and truly showed their attention to detail and customer care. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially with the Meal Deal that included breakfast. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was reasonably clean and welcoming, which made for a comfortable stay. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center. the in-house Thyme restaurant exceeded my expectations and offered better food options compared to other hotels.
One negative aspect was the lack of a proper lounge or sitting area. This made it difficult to have meetings with colleagues unless we wanted to sit in the bar.
